For a zero dollar payment, PS_BNK_RCN_DISBR and PS_PAYMENT_TBL tables but STTLMNT_DT_ACTUAL remains

For a zero dollar payment, when the payment is done, automatically RECON_STATUS is set to REC in PS_BNK_RCN_DISBR and PS_PAYMENT_TBL tables but STTLMNT_DT_ACTUAL remains in null. If this is null, it is showing in our custom sql which is used for auditing and this payment is showing as outstanding. Is there a way to set the date as creation date of zero dollar check?
