How to Assign Access to Process Output Generated from System ID w/o ProcessSchedulerAdmin Role

Hi,

We will have several jobs ran by our ESP Scheduler (system User ID) and output available for our Payroll staff.  How can we assign access to View the output w/o providing the ProcessSchedulerAdmin Role or Job hardcoding Roles assigned to the Payroll staff to have authorization to view the results?

I researched and unable to find anything that could help with the security setup.

Please advise if possible.
