Default Collector

Hello,

I would like to know if the follwing is possible and in case of Yes How can I do it.

I am using 12.1.3 without Advanced Collections and the number of Collectors are very small so we don't want to assign different Collectors to different Customers, we want to use a default Collector.

I have created a Group and added Employees but the Collectors screen requires the Employee name,  it means I have to create a Collecter by Employee?

If I try to use the Group in the Collector screen still requires the Employee.
