Hi Community,

Has anyone ever come across this issue before? I came across this thread from a while back, but nothing has seemed to help:

What we have in terms of environment:

--PT 8.55.10

--HR9.1 Bundle #16

--SQL Server 2012 R2

Setup in psappsrv.cfg:

--Under "Cache Settings" we have defined the undocumented parameter "MgrRecycleDelay". This is now set to "MgrRecycleDelay=10" per Oracle Support (we started at MgrRecycleDelay=5, then increased to MgrRecycleDelay=8 and now MgrRecycleDelay=10).

--Under "Settings for PSAPPSRV" we have set Min and Max instances to both be 10. Recycle Count=10000 per defaults - we do not make use of "ProcessRestartMemoryLimit".
