Update/Change an Approval Process?

I've set up both an active and inactive approval process (Enterprise Components > Approvals > Approvals > Approval Process Setup) for testing ChartField Requests. Is there a way to update the process Definition ID if I need to change its information? Such as to add more paths, more levels of approval, criteria, etc.? Currently I have no options to update even when in Correct History mode.
