something change in FSCM 9.2 image 23 image | Installtion of libselinux-2.5-6.el7.i686.rpm failed

I used to prepare a VM to install latest update image and was working without any error until FSCM 9.2 image 22.

Now with image 23 I have the following error:

package libselinux-2.5-6.el7.i686 is not installed

error: Failed dependencies:

            libsepol(x86-32) >= 2.5-6 is needed by libselinux-2.5-6.el7.i686

            libsepol.so.1 is needed by libselinux-2.5-6.el7.i686

            libsepol.so.1(LIBSEPOL_1.0) is needed by libselinux-2.5-6.el7.i686

            systemd < 219-20 conflicts with libselinux-2.5-6.el7.i686

What is the change in this image ?
