External transaction is coming in semi manual reconciliation page

Hi,

I have created on external transaction to do reconciliation by using semi manual reconciliation page. I'm able to do this with out any problem for many of the bank accounts. very few bank accounts are giving me issue.

1. I have created external transaction, saved successfully. I can see line in BNK_RCN_TRAN record too.

2. After opening the semi manual Reconciliation page with the same external bank, bank account information i am unable to see the same on right side of [system transactions] page to select against bank statement line.
