Hi All,

Please add your comments on the following. We are on RMS 16.0 and while trying to create Organisation hierarchy such as (company, chain, area etc.,) in GUI , we are facing below issues .

1. No Option available for creating Company in GUI? We have downloaded the ODS file for the company but in the action tab, we found only UPDATE but not CREATE.

2. While creating an Area (GUI) , we are unable find record for existing CHAIN . This is happening for Rest of Org Hierarchy levels ( Like for Region no area record ).
