Our customer was reporting that invoices were coming into the commission engine twice and therefore

in Incentive Compensation - EBS (MOSC) Question

Our customer was reporting that invoices were coming into the commission engine twice and therefore commissions were being calculated and paid to them twice. There are around 6 people who are getting paid twice. Due to which the report shows duplicate records. Please suggest.
