How to Create Requisition for Global BPA ?

Currently through auto sourcing rules when we are trying to create releases for Global BPA . Instead of releases standard PO is getting created . Which i believe is a standard oracle functionality.

But we want to change it . And we want to create releases for Global BPA as well .

Please suggest where and how to make that change ? Will it be a set up change in workflow ? or customization code change in Auto Release Program ?
