Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. For installing demo HCM9.1 / Tools 8.51 on Oracle 11g, can i know what should be NLS_LENGTH_SEMANTICS parameter value on Oracle 11g ?
