Patch 8.55.04 to 8.55.11 getting Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator :(

I patched a Patch 8.55.04 to 8.55.11 using the Change Assistant.

Everything is started now (PIA, App, PRcs) but when I try to login with ANY user, I'm getting Authorization Error -- Contact your Security Administrator

Is there a bug in this patch ?
