Is there not a way to change the Merchandise Hierarchy level names in v16 now that the windows are A

I am no longer seeing the DYNAMIC_HIER_CODE table where the Merchandise Hierarchy and/or Organizational Hierarchy level names were able to be customized by the client.  Is there a different way to accomplish this in V16 for the ADF forms?
