ipfilter and forcibly require ippool

in Oracle Solaris Networking (MOSC) Question

Hello.

I want to use ippool, but if file ippool.conf is absent i am loosing access to my box. Is there any method to forcibly require ippool: if file is absent ipfilter goes to maintenance, or pass all or disables?
