AP_PSTVCHR: ABENDED at Step IU_PROCESSOR.B120.B120-021 (Action Do Select)

Hi Friends,

We are using PeopleSoft AP 9.1 and database is Sybase. The voucher post (AP_PSTVCHR) is getting failed at IU_PROCESSOR.B120.B120-021 (Action Do Select). Please let me know if there is any fix or work around for this.
