Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. MOSC will now require that member accounts in our community be associated to a *corporate* email address. Current supported approval types for Purchase Order are:

POAPPRV: POAPPRV_TOP: PO_PO_APPROVE_PDF_OAF
POAPPRV: PO_AME_APPRV_TOP: AME_PO_APPROVE_NOTIF
POAPPRV: PO_AME_APPRV_TOP: AME_PO_ESIGNER_NOTIF
POAPPRV: PO_AME_APPRV_TOP: AME_PO_REVIEW_NOTIF

Would like to request to add this approval type for PO:

POAPPRV:POAPPRV_TOP:PO_PO_APPROVE

If not possible, what is the reason and how to reroute to POAPPRV: POAPPRV_TOP: PO_PO_APPROVE_PDF_OAF.
