APP-IEX-240253 Your correspondence request has failed

Hello,

We are using advance collection with strategies. In 'collection work Queue' form, when I press 'Send dunning' then below error is coming. Although the category type

is 'Send to Printer' :-

Error :- APP-IEX-240253 Your correspondence request has failed.

Navigation :- collection work Queue --> strategy (Tab) --> Send Dunning (button)
