Unable to Import WSDL to Consume in PeopleSoft

Hi Team,

I am trying to incorporate a Synchronous Outbound Message from PS HCM and SFDC.

Source Point is : PeopleSoft Component (SavePostChange)

Destination : SalesForce

the other team has given a wsdl file but when I import the wsdl (PeopleTools -> IB -> wEBsERVICES -> Consume Webservices -> Upload File Option)

I get the below error.

Also in the wsdl file I can see this is a Secured webservice (http: based wsdl).

Failed to parse WSDL document.XML parser error ParseXmlString  (159,5)

Can someone help on this ???
