GST Beta Patches for oracle application Release 12.1.3

Hi All,

Is the below Patches are enough to convert India localization to GST. for testing purpose in R12.1.3.

a) Main GST patch :24974266:R12.JAI.B
b) Consolidated patch : 25134169
c) Trigger GST patch 24968214:R12.JAI.B
d) GL patch 19283503:R12.GL.B

When will oracle release the final Patches, as the Jul 1st is coming near.

Where can we find out the GST documentation.

Please share some idea's.
