282798.1 - Question on steps to set up Advanced Collections
We have upgraded from 11i tor 12.1.3 and are implementing Advanced Collections but only have the functionality covered by the standard EBS license and not the Advanced Collections license - so the basic functionality. We are using Dunning Plans.
Per Note 282798.1 , the steps :
- Confirm additional product installation:
- Setup your Collections User: Collection Agent, Collection Manager, Collection Administrator
- Decide what level you want the Dunning and Strategies to work.
- Setup the UOM for the Strategy processing to use: - not doing as we use Dunning Plans
- Exchange Rate Setup
- Collector Setup with and without Territories.
- Create Delinquencies
- Dunning Plans or Strategies
