Unable to open the .xml job exported from the change Assistant

Hi All,

After the change Assistant job completed, I have exported xml job from the change assistant to a local directory. Now when I am trying to import it as a template/job again in the CA, I am getting the error as below

" Does not appear to be a valid template file".

As per Doc ID 1423886.1, I have even tried it with higher version of CA, still I am getting the error as above.

Any suggestions pls.
