Platfor not supported error while installing HCM PUM Image 21

Hi,

I downloaded all OVA files in my laptop and trying to run psft-dpk-setup.ps1 file in PowerShell.exe and it gives me following error, any help appreciated:

Starting the PeopleSoft Environment Setup Process:

Platform  Is not Supported in this Release.
