Can any one help to get/how it work actual income calculation formula in bill back deal ?

I am working with deal in version 12.0.12 with 'Bill Back' Type of deal.

Can  any one help me how actual_income is calculated THRESHOLD_LIMIT_TYPE is 'A' (amount), THRESHOLD_VALUE_TYPE is 'A' and threshold limit is set as lower as 10, upper as 50 and value is 10 defined.
