V16 RMS Customization

We are trying to follow the merch adf customization guide as per Doc ID 2018356.1. We have couple of questions as the term "weblogic server" is interchangeably used with "intergrated weblogic server"  and "local Weblogic" at multiple places in customization guide which creates confusion. We have a dedicated V16 environment where retail applications are installed and can be accessed. The queries are mainly based on customization.

1. As part of RMS ADF customization setup, do we need to install standalone weblogic server locally in desktop/laptop or integrated weblogic server that comes with JDeveloper is sufficient.
2. Does the Rms.ear needs to be installed in the integrated weblogic server?
