Is BUG 17707617 regarding line level approval on vouchers in a release already?

I'm trying to find out if BUG 17707617 is in a 9.2 release, or if it is slated for an upcoming (soon) release.  From what I can see it states '23 - Scheduled for Future Release'.  Does the 23 represent the PUM it will be available in?
