Pricing WF fails when a Bundle product has a price of zero

edited Mar 28, 2017 9:59AM in Siebel Business Process & Functionality (MOSC) 1 commentAnswered ✓

We came across a funny bug today:

We have product bundle with a price of zero  in the price list set on the bundle header.

We do mean to have a price of 0 because these products are free by design. Leaving the price null is (fortunately) against accounting rules and is confusing to the customer.

When we add that bundle to an OM document (Quote, Agreement...), the Dynamic Pricing workflow fails on step "Roll-Down Bundle Prices" with a business service error.

Kind regards,

Matthieu
