Preferences are getting disabled automatically after we update fnd_preferences for i-supplier users

We are facing an issue for preferences are getting disabled automatically after we update fnd_preferences for i-supplier users on production instance. Preference is by default set to HTML Email with Attachment but after some time it is getting disabled automatically. We updated all the preferences with the script but after some time it is disabled again. Please provide solution if any one face this issue.
