Error while performing PO induction

Dear Support Team,

While performing PO induction in RMS 16, We are facing the below issue.

Error ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("RMS16"."S9T_ERRORS"."ERROR_TYPE") returned by program unit PO_INDUCT_SQL.PROCESS_S9T.
