Common Jars in OIM 11gR2PS3

Hi,

Have few java classes which are common for the custom Event Handlers and custom Scheduler Tasks. Is there any path to place those classes as a jar in OIM 11gR2PS3and access across? (Instead of keeping them in every event handler/scheduler lib folder as a jar file).

Thank you in advance.

FYI, ran the upload jar utility by keeping the jar file as a Third Party Jar at $OIM_HOME/server/ThirdParty folder but still not working.
