How to track who received a burst XML?

Is it possible to track who was sent a burst XML and when?  Our organization wants to burst an XML to advise specific employees that their due date for submitting a TB test, for example, is due in two months.  A second XML would be burst to remind folks.  We are on HR 9.2 PUM 21, PT 8.55.11 and are using the BI Publisher Word Add-in.  Thanks!
