Cheque Fraud Protection MICR for Canadian Bank Account - spacing

We are on 9.2 Image 18.  We are currently setting up a Canadian bank account for PS Financials Payables where we have opted for Cheque Fraud Protection.  As a requirement our MICR for the External Account value needs to contain leading blanks, dash character, then the CFP account reference.  How do we get the External Banking Account Account field to pass the leading blanks then the dash character and account number?  We can get the dash and account number, but not the leading blanks.  Anyone have any experience with Canadian CFP and masking?
