How to configure custom Screen Tab Icons in IP 2016

Hi All,

  In IP 13, we have custom screen tab icons. After upgrade we have moved all the image files to proper directories but still after launching the IP 16 application we see vanilla icons. Strangely I can notice that the custom icon gets downloaded as part of the theme, but it doesn't get replaced any idea how to get this resolved ??
