PeopleSoft 9.2 ERD AR (part 1&2) missing Index.html

I downloaded the PeopleSoft 9.2 ERD for Accounts Receivable part 1 and 2.  The Oracle documentation states there should be an index.html to help with navigation.  But I don't see it in the extracted files.  This file was available in 9.1 version of ERD.  Am I missing something?
