Custom pages getting updated after running chartfield full configuration process

Hi,

We have activated a delivered chartfield AFFILIATE_INTRA1 and ran the full config process.  After it completed successfully, we noticed a few custom pages that got automatically updated by the process by looking at lastupdoprid and last updated date in the pspnldefn table.   We were in the assumption that only delivered objects will be updated by the process if needed, but doesn't look like it.

Did some random checks, and none of the updated custom pages have the newly activated cf (AFFILIATE_INTRA1) available in the page, though we've noticed that the pages would contain grids having other chartfields like Account, Department, etc.  Would anyone have any information on why these custom pages were updated by full config process even if it doesn't contain the newly activated chartfield?
