Data not loaded into FIF_GL_CROSS_REF table

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

Hi Support Team,

We have performed uploading of GL Cross reference template data in RMS 16 and the  Data loading status is  processed successfully.

But when we check the data in FIF_FL_CROSS_REF and SVC_FIF_GL_CROSS_REF table, there are no record for the loaded data. Can you please help me out if I missed anything.
