Peoplesoft AP archiving issue

Hi,

We are archiving AP data in Peoplesoft.

We are in FSC 9.1 tools 8.53.

We completed payment archiving till 12/31/2012 and started voucher archiving.

We ran archive selection followed by archive delete.

Then we checked the results.

The results are different for the ps_voucher table. All the other tables gave exact results.

EX: 1000 rows got selected from the ps_voucher table and moved to archive table. when the delete process ran only 750 rows of data got deleted from ps_voucher table.

I went and checked the data by joining the archive and voucher tables and it looks like all the data got deleted.
