Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Hi,

My customer has set the dunning Level at the Bill To level.

If we have a Customer with 3 bill to, can we send a consolidated dunning letter to the site which has the "Dunning" business purpose ?
