Customised OIM report to track user activities

Hi all, We would like to query against OIM 11.1.1.5 tables to retrieve all user account activities and who has performed it. Sample below User A has resetted password on behalf of User B. User A has change the role for User B. User B has changed password. Currently the OIM supplied reports does not have this and wonder anyone has done it before. Do help by providing the tables involved and how to join them. Thanks! Regards Jeem
