Finding updates to an object

I have a specific object, a record, a page, etc. I want to find all the Update Images that have included this object, anything since Image 9.  Is there a way to do that?

I was hoping that I could find, by image, something similar to the documents they used to deliver with Bundles that listed all the objects.  But I haven't found anything close.  I did find Doc ID 1917096.2 which lists all the bugs by image.  But nothing that lists the objects.

I did find a comment on Doc ID 1684288.1 that says "The modified object list for each bug, can be viewed from the details page of Peoplesoft Update Manager (PUM) Image," but I'm not sure where that is.  I'm not an admin, so I don't have access to everything; but is that something I could get at (and just haven't stumbled on how yet)?
