OAAM throws 'Received a stale replication request for object' error after login

in Identity Management (MOSC) Question

OAM OAAM integration issue:

After login user sees the following error message:

"System error. Please re-try your action. If you continue to get this error, please contact the Administrator."

OAAM Admin logs show the following error:

Received a stale replication request for object

and

Error instantiating class - oracle.adfdtinternal.view.faces.portlet.PortletDefinitionDTFactory

OAAM Server logs show the following error:

error cookie pattern check=com.bharosa.vcrypt.tracker.deviceId.CookiePatternCheckData@197fe96b

OAM Server logs show the following error:

Error occurred while handling the request.

Supplemental Detail    java.lang.NullPointerException

at oracle.security.am.common.utilities.principal.OAMGUIDPrincipal.hashCode(OAMGUIDPrincipal.java:68)
