Heads up: Support for MicroSoft Sql Server 2016

Oracle / PeopleSoft will be supporting use of MicroSoft Sql Server 2016 with PT 8.56, and with PT 8.55.16.  The '16' will be the minimum patch level if using PT 8.55.
