AR Dist Code for automatic entry type

Hello,

We are in the process of upgrading into PS 9.2 for Financials. As part of Cash Application testing, running into this issue in 9.2 where when we apply cash, following message is being displayed.

Please specify a default AR Distribution Code for the automatic entry type or AR Business Unit. (6040,826)

I added distribution code at AR BU as well as for Automatic entry type with no success. Same process in 9.1 works without adding any of these. Am I missing anything?
