No response from OAAM web services?

Is there any documentation on submitting an xml request to OAAM web services or enabling them?

Getting the following error while submitting request through SOAP UI to http://oaam_host:14200/oaam_server/services/VCryptAuthWS

ERROR:An error occurred [java.lang.StackOverflowError], see error log for details

Error getting response for [VCryptAuthWSSoapHttp.execute:Request 1]; java.lang.Exception: java.lang.StackOverflowError
