PACK_COMP_RESV NOT CLEARED FOR TRANSFER WITH CATCH WEIGHT ITEM 2

in Retail Merchandising System (MOSC) Question

When a Shipment is done for a Catchweight Item Type 2 for a Transfer, there

is a possibility for the reserved bucket is not set to ZERO

There is a transfer created from DC to store with catch weight item 2 (Pack Level)

When the transfer is generated the PACK_COMP_RESV is added with the units ordered and when the shipment is generated then PACK_COMP_RESV is reduced with the Weight_Expected (Weight_expected is different from the TSF_EXPECTED_QTY) instead of the units.

Causing the PACK_COMP_RESV to remain in the Reserve bucket.

Any thoughts on this?
