Health Monitor Page Doesn't Open

We are on People Tools 8.55.12 and FSCM 9.2 PUM23. When I try to open Health Monitor page , it keeps waiting and nothing happens.

I have done following -

Perf Collator  - Yes

EnablePPM Agent=1

Enable Remote Administration=1

Remote Administration Port=10100

Default Local Node PSFT_EP is setup and able to ping. Local gateway is setup too.
