Getting error (RMS01.RETAIL_CTX_PKG' must be declared)when trying to open RMS 16 application in loca

Trying to add custom task flow in RMS 16. Installed Rms.ear in local weblogic server 12.2.1 (integrated with Jdeveloper) in windows 7. Configured MDS, required data sources and OID. When running the application after login when clicking the task icon getting the following error

JBO-29000: Unexpected exception caught: java.sql.SQLException, msg=ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:

PLS-00201: identifier 'RMS01.RETAIL_CTX_PKG' must be declared

ORA-06550: line 1, column 7:

PL/SQL: Statement ignored

I do not find any user/schema related to RMS01. Not sure how RMS01 is linked.

Please let me know if any one came across this type of issue.
