PUM/Images Features & Sub-features

When reviewing the PUM/Images list of bugs/fixes in the excel documentation, we found very limited information regarding features & sub-features.  When we search My Oracle for additional information again, we find limited information.  Can anyone provide best practices for finding as much information about new features and sub-features?
