IB Domain Failover -Dynamic Slaves

in PeopleTools and Lifecycle Management - PSFT (MOSC)

I have recently setup IB failover in PROD and after one day when I checked the domain status it was showing dynamic salves for both application server domain which I have used to setup failover.

and was causing all messages in new Status.

can anyone tell what might be the cause of it ?
