Getting below mentioned error while click on forgot password in PeopleSoft.

PSAPPSRV.28178 (4766) [2017-04-18T15:09:01.865 GetCertificate](3) Sign on PeopleCode authentication failed for user FORGOTPASSWORD@

PSAPPSRV.28178 (4766) [2017-04-18T15:09:01.865 GetCertificate](1) (NET.502): FORGOTPASSWORD@ is an Invalid User ID, or you typed the wrong password.  User ID and Password are required and case-sensitive.  Make sure you're typing in the correct upper and lower case.

PSAPPSRV.28178 (4766) [2017-04-18T15:09:01.865 GetCertificate](1) (NET.346): Failed to execute GetCertificate request
