timestamp with milliseconds in Siebel log files

Hi,

To help investigating log files from different systems, we would need the Siebel log file to timestamp all events in milliesconds.

current timestamp: 2017-04-18 12:27:22

desired timestamp: 2017-04-18 12:27:22,297

within the same second, the Siebel log file has several thousands lines and it's really hard to find the lines that we look for.

can we configure this?
